Thank you for shopping with PawLax! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our simple shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Please note our daily order cut off time is 2:00 PM EST; any orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Cost We strive to provide transparent shipping rates for our customers. The shipping cost is $11.95 for one collar. For orders containing more than one item or multiple collars, the shipping price is calculated based on weight and destination; please enter your shipping address at checkout to see the final shipping price for your specific order.
Shipping Times Our average delivery times are: USA & Canada: 5–12 business days UK, Europe & Australia: 7–14 business days Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or carrier delays, but 95% of orders arrive earlier than expected.)
International Shipping We proudly ship worldwide! Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. Don’t worry — in most cases, orders pass through smoothly without additional fees.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us — we’re always here to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please reach out to us at hello@trypawlax.com and we’ll make it right — either by reshipping or refunding your order.
