SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

When you choose a subscription plan at checkout, the amount displayed in your cart will be charged automatically on a recurring basis — every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months depending on the delivery frequency you selected.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees and no commitment. There is no minimum number of orders required.

To cancel, you have two options:

You can manage or cancel your subscription yourself directly from your account portal at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to your subscriptions, and cancel in one click.

Or if you need any help, just send us an email at hello@trypawlax.com and our team will take care of it for you right away. Please include your order number so we can find your account quickly.

Cancellations requested before your next billing date will stop all future charges. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming order, that order will still ship but no further charges will occur after that.
